Nothing formal required. It helps to have a rough sense of your biggest challenge right now and what you'd want to walk away with after working with us. The more specific you can be, the more useful the conversation will be — but even vague is fine. We're good at helping people get clear.
If there's a fit, we'll follow up within 48 hours with a proposed scope of work and next steps. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly — and often point you toward someone who is. Either way, you'll leave with something useful.
