We believe creativity
is the most underused
force for change.
Creative Impact Consulting was founded on one conviction: organizations doing the most important work in the world deserve the most powerful strategies, stories, and tools to do it.
I started this practice because I kept watching brilliant organizations fail to communicate their brilliance — and I knew that was a fixable problem.
Not a consulting firm.
A creative practice.
Creative Impact Consulting didn't start with a business plan — it started with a frustration. After years working inside nonprofits and alongside corporations, our founder saw the same gap appear again and again: organizations with powerful missions that couldn't communicate them powerfully.
The problem wasn't effort. It wasn't even resources. It was strategy — the wrong kind, built for the wrong goals. So we set out to build something different: a practice that treats creativity as a strategic tool and strategy as a creative act.
Today we work with nonprofits that punch above their weight and corporations that want to do more than check a box — helping both translate genuine commitment into visible, measurable, lasting change.
Values aren't on a wall.
They're in every project.
These aren't aspirational. They're the standards we hold ourselves to — and that our clients hold us to.
Beyond the strategy decks & deliverables.
A small team with
outsized ambition.
Quinnée has spent 15+ years at the intersection of creativity and systems change — working inside nonprofits, alongside corporations, and everywhere in between. She founded Creative Impact Consulting after realizing that the organizations doing the most important work were often the least equipped to communicate it.
Her work spans strategic planning, brand direction, DEI communications, and facilitation — always with the same north star: make the impact visible. When not deep in a client engagement, you'll find Quinnée writing about theology and culture, developing programs for young women through The Imago Initiative, creating artwork in her studio, serving her community through civic and alumni leadership, or chasing big ideas over coffee while her chihuahua, Bella, supervises from a nearby chair..
The world doesn't need more good intentions. It needs better strategy, bolder stories, and braver organizations willing to act on both.
Let's build something
bold together.
Tell us about your organization, your mission, and what's getting in the way. We'll take it from there.
